Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
- Promote company products and services to potential customers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Provide accurate information about products and services

- Malayalam language proficiency is mandatory (speaking and understanding)
- Strong communication and convincing skills with customers
- Ability to handle customer inquiries through phone calls, Whats App, and in‑person interactions
- Sales‑oriented mindset with the ability to achieve daily and monthly targets
- Basic computer and smartphone skills (Whats App, data entry, follow‑ups)
- Positive attitude, professional behavior, and willingness to learn
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage (freshers can also apply)
