Position: Sales Account Manager (Arabic speaking)

Business Development

  • Generate and qualify new enterprise opportunities through outbound prospecting campaigns and industry events.
  • Build and maintain a strong and reliable sales pipeline.
  • Drive revenue growth by closing new strategic deals.
Full Sales Cycle Management
  • Lead the entire enterprise sales process from opportunity identification to contract signature.
  • Identify customer needs, decision-makers, governance structures, and buying processes.
  • Deliver executive-level presentations and solution demonstrations.
  • Coordinate and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotes, and statements of work.
  • Negotiate SaaS subscription and professional services agreements.
Account Management & Expansion
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Monitor account performance and proactively drive growth.
Reporting & Forecasting
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and sales forecasting data.
  • Monitor revenue, accounts receivable, and contract renewals.
  • Support internal business reviews and account planning processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B enterprise software or SaaS sales.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
  • Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value strategic deals.
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and executive communication skills.
  • Results-driven, autonomous, and customer-oriented.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
