Business Development
- Generate and qualify new enterprise opportunities through outbound prospecting campaigns and industry events.
- Build and maintain a strong and reliable sales pipeline.
- Drive revenue growth by closing new strategic deals.
- Lead the entire enterprise sales process from opportunity identification to contract signature.
- Identify customer needs, decision-makers, governance structures, and buying processes.
- Deliver executive-level presentations and solution demonstrations.
- Coordinate and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotes, and statements of work.
- Negotiate SaaS subscription and professional services agreements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Monitor account performance and proactively drive growth.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and sales forecasting data.
- Monitor revenue, accounts receivable, and contract renewals.
- Support internal business reviews and account planning processes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B enterprise software or SaaS sales.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
- Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Proven track record of closing high-value strategic deals.
- Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and executive communication skills.
- Results-driven, autonomous, and customer-oriented.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
