Responsibilities
- Call and invite people to meetings
- Fill in data in the CRM system
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Reconnect with customers and provide customer support by answering current questions
- Achieve the sales plan
- Perform cold sales as needed
- Create, develop, review, submit and track proposal response documentation
- Maintain a database; record all phone calls and answers in the CRM system
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively work in a dynamic and growing start-up environment
- Proactive and mindful of the competitive business environment
- Experience with CRM systems
- Not afraid of phone calls
- Knows how to develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Behaves ethically and professionally in communication with people
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Has experience in calls and sales from 1 year
- Has experience or good skills in the field of marketing
- Speaks English at the Upper-Intermediate B2 level and above
- Manages submissions and reporting
- Perfect knowledge of the English language, as we are looking for a person who will work for the English-speaking market
- Mandates experience in sales from 1 year and experience or knowledge in the field of marketing, correctly described in the resume
