The company specializes in cloud, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies, supporting channel partners with sales, marketing, consulting, and technical services.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives, expand strategic partnerships, and drive revenue across our technology portfolio. This role requires a strong blend of sales ownership, market insight, and relationship management within the IT distribution ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Channel Ecosystem Growth by developing, managing, and enabling strategic partners to expand vendor’s market presence and revenue in the UAE.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and decision-makers
- Ensure Close Alignment with Vendor Account Teams to co‑develop account strategies, synchronize go‑to‑market initiatives, and deliver consistent messaging across enterprise and mid‑market customers.
- Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities by engaging and identifying new key partners, understanding their data management, security, infrastructure modernization and AI strategies and onboarding them.
- Execute Joint Business Planning with Partners including pipeline development, campaigns, and quarterly performance reviews to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals with existing and new partners.
- Stakeholder Management & Deal Closure Support by coordinating between internal teams and partners to accelerate sales cycles, resolve challenges, and successfully close high‑value opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre‑sales, marketing, and vendors) to deliver customer‑centric solutions.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue quotas.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within IT distribution, SaaS, or technology solutions of at least 5 years + in the region.
- Strong understanding of channel sales and partner ecosystem in the UAE/MENA region.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full sales cycle and consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
