A Sales Associate is responsible for helping customers find their perfect solution and get the most out of whatever is available for them.
Duties and Responsibilities- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present and promote IT solutions and services to potential clients
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored product or service solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations (with pre-sales support if needed)
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer information, and pipeline updates in the CRM
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, support, marketing) to deliver high-quality solutions
- Keep up to date with new product launches, industry trends, and competitor activity
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Go the extra mile to drive sales
- Searching for opportunities that enhance the sales and benefit the clients
- Providing outstanding and special services to the clients
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Developing creative sales initiatives and applying them to improve the financial gains of the organization
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Executing some management activities and upholding the list of active and future clients
- Attending international sales meetings, seminars to boost the sales profits of the same
- Maintaining the daily, weekly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual sales reports and records
- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities)
- Min 2-year experience in UAE and we consider freshers as well
- Knowledge in IT
- Proficient in English communication skill
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science or information technology
- UAE driving licence
- Communication skill (English proficient)
