Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients interested in forex and financial market trading services.
- Contact potential clients through calls and lead generation channels.
- Explain trading products, account types, and company services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
- Follow up with leads and assist clients throughout the account opening and onboarding process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate with customer support and dealing teams to ensure excellent client service.
- Stay updated on forex market trends, trading platforms, and industry developments.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in forex, CFD, financial services, or investment sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Malayalam, Tamil, or Hindi are a plus.
- Telesales experience.
Full‑Time
SalaryFixed Salary with attractive commissions and performance incentives.
