Job Title: 3PL Sales Executive

Reports To: Sales Manager / Head of Sales
Job SummaryThe 3PL Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new clients and growing revenue by selling Third-Party Logistics (3PL) services, including warehousing, distribution, freight forwarding (air, sea, land), last-mile delivery, and customized supply chain solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the 3PL segment
- Identify potential clients in trading, manufacturing, e-commerce, FMCG, electronics, automotive, and other sectors
- Present and demonstrate the company’s 3PL capabilities, warehousing solutions, and freight services
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct client visits, site tours (warehouse & facilities), and presentations
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/revenue targets
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new logistics solutions
- Work closely with operations, warehousing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of B2B sales experience in 3PL, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Cargo industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Good understanding of UAE/GCC logistics market, Incoterms, customs procedures, and freight operations
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
- Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- Sales hunter mindset with strong closing skills
- High resilience and ability to handle rejection
- Customer‑centric with solution‑selling approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
