About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Manager to join our growing MPS (Managed Print Services) business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing enterprise accounts, driving MPS and document solutions sales, and building long-term customer relationships across corporate and government sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities for MPS solutions and office automation products
- Manage and grow existing key accounts
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure excellent customer support
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast reports
- Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in MPS, photocopiers, printers, office automation, or IT solutions
- Strong experience in handling corporate/key accounts
- Good understanding of managed print solutions and document management services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- UAE market experience preferred
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
