Harnessing the full emotional power of scent driven by pioneering creativity science consumer expertise and a mindful approach to fragrance design.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

As a Sales Service Representative for the scent division you will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills by building customer relationships at relevant levels and providing customer support for issues with maximum efficiency and accuracy. You will also have excellent organizational and project coordination skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage pressure to meet deadlines.

Background Academic Qualification
  • University degree.
  • 2 years experience.
  • Previous Sales Service and/or Supply Chain Customer Service Experience.
  • Foreign languages:
    English and any local language relevant for the role.
  • Computing skills:
    Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SAP.
  • Financial skills: quotes, pricing, budgeting and forecasting processes.
