They have a vacancy for a Senior Marketing Executive to join the firm’s dynamic and fast paced Marketing and Business Development team. They are looking for an experienced individual to work closely with the Director of Business Development, to support and help drive a range of marketing and business development activities.

Primary responsibilities:

Web and digital:

  • Management of the firm’s website, social media channels and email marketing campaigns.
  • Tender and proposal management:

  • Supporting and assisting in preparing tender submissions and proposals, coordinating bid projects from start to finish.
  • Events:

  • Coordinating with venues, suppliers and preparing event content and materials;
  • Supporting the digital promotion and communication of the firm’s events to maximise profiling opportunities. 
  • CRM:

  • Managing the firm's CRM system to including updating client and contact information, mailing list management, and tracking marketing related CRM activities.
  • Brand and design:

  • Coordinating and designing marketing collateral and graphics (including invitations, PowerPoint presentations, brochures etc.), liaising with external suppliers where relevant, and supporting any branding projects as they arise.
  • Advertising and sponsorships:

  • Evaluating and coordinating advertising and sponsorship opportunities;
  • Managing key relationships with, and preparing submissions for, legal directories that evaluate and rank law firms.
  • Reporting on KPIs:

  • Monitoring and tracking the firm’s online and social presence, digital campaigns and bid/proposal activity, and inputting into monthly and annual reports.

    Desired skills and personal attributes:

  • Third level qualification in marketing or equivalent;
  • Minimum three years marketing experience in a professional services firm;
  • Creative, flexible, reliable and resourceful team player;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to effectively engage with and influence senior individuals;
  • Ability to work on own initiative and is proactive;
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks;
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills;
  • Proficient using CRM-based, web content management and email marketing systems;
  • Social media savvy;
  • Motivated, with a flexible approach.
