Chefs of all grades €14 – €19 per hour
We are currently recruiting for chefs from CPD level to Sous Chef for a number of properties.
The ideal candidate :
Be able to work on all sections
Fully HACCP trained
High volume experience is a must.
Good leadership skills and team building skills
Excellent operating standards
Food cost and stock control knowledge
In-depth knowledge of portion control
Must be flexible with hours
Fluent English is essential.
Excellent work ethic
Must be reliable
Must have a passion for food and new trends
