Position: Level 2 Support
Connectwise, Windows, Helpdesk, Desktop, Support, IT, Technical Support, Cloud, Azure, Office365, VOIP, Harsware, Microsoft, Scripting, Dublin, CISCO, Hardware
We are currently working with an Irish owned company that is looking for an experienced level 2 engineer to join their growing team.
This is a new role that has been created because the company is continuing to grow.

Perform 2nd level support using the company's remote software
Provide exceptional customer services
Attend offsite issues or conduct installations
Analyse customer problems and document troubleshooting resolutions
Assess new processes, services and technologies
Escalate unresolved issues to relevant colleagues
Mentor junior team members
2 years' experience operating as a level 2 engineer
Great communication skills and can discuss identified issues to both technical and non-technical customers and colleagues
Microsoft based software background
Office365, Active Directory, Azure
Experience both on-premise and cloud
Hardware experience including mobile, laptop, printers
ConnectWise management software
Extensive knowledge in VoIP/Cisco networking
Automation problem-solving experience
SonicWALL system experience
Less than 1 Year
