Legal Secretaries and Paralegals are required for several open roles with leading law firms in Dublin across litigation, conveyancing and commercial departments.

The successful legal secretaries will have at least two years practice based experience.

Experience Required:
* 60+ wpm Dictaphone typing skills essential
* Diary management
* Accurately drafting and amending letters and legal documents to a high standard
* Communicating with clients from time to time
* Arranging travel bookings from time to time
* Providing support and assistance to other secretaries in department
* Administrative duties

* 2+years previous experience in the practice areas of litigation/property/commercial law
* Experience of Microsoft Office Packages is essential
* Ability to work as part of a fast paced environment and willingness to learn
* Excellent organisational skills and logical approach to organising workload
* Ability to prioritise tasks and flexibility to meet deadlines
* Strong written and communication skills
