Paralegal candidates with experience are required for several open roles with leading law firms in Dublin across litigation, conveyancing and commercial departments.

The successful candidates will have at least two years practice based experience as a legal secretary, legal executive or paralegal.

Experience Required:
* Preparing first draft documents and agreements
* Scheduling title documents
* Proof reading legal documents and agreements
* Preparing probate and tax filings
* Collating and updating client reports
* Extensive Legal research

Requirements:
* Excellent skills in the areas of drafting and reviewing legal documentation (including being computer literate in Word and Excel).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team, as well as on one's own initiative.
* A high level of motivation.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Strong commercial awareness, sharing ByrneWallace's commitment to an in-depth understanding of our client's businesses.
