Position: Marketing Manager - Professional Services
We’re working with a leading global professional services brand who are seeking to hire an experienced Brand & Communications Marketer to help drive their People recruitment programmes. This new position will work closely with the marketing team and have plenty of exposure to senior management level.
Here are some of the Key responsibilities of this role :
Planning and overseeing talent attraction on various social media channels.
Part of a wider global branding group who meet on monthly calls.
Work with the individual teams including Learning & Development, Inclusion, Wellbeing and Corporate Responsibility to promote their initiatives on social media and manage their content on the careers section of the internet.
Work with individual service lines as required for particular campaigns. e.g. SAP, Audit & Assurance videos and making separate webpages for same.
Supporting the Graduate Recruitment Manager in all marketing and communication aspects of their campaigns.
Manage marketing agency in relation to PPC, Programmatic and Social Media.
Liaising with Design for all marketing collateral.
Press Release and Launch.
Ideally you should have the following:
A strong understanding of branding, in particular employer branding to sell the company as an employer of choice, highlighting the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
Knowledge of digital marketing including website and social media channels to optimize campaigns.
Understanding of the Graduate Recruitment Market.
Partnering with the business and their service lines to support them in promoting attractive employer branding that can help their recruitment efforts.
Collaborating with colleagues to collate the necessary data to develop exciting campaigns.
A broad knowledge of both traditional and non-traditional media including print and digital and how they interact with each other.
