My client, an exciting software company based in Dublin City Centre, is seeking an outstanding IT Sales professional. You must have Enterprise Software Sales experience

The role is suited to a professional with determination, direct sales experience, and an interest in internet and mobile technology. The role offers significant potential for career development and advancement, ultimately to managing and developing long-lasting business relationships with clients worldwide. In this role you will sell our software and into the global marketplace. You will engage prospective customers, prepare and present demonstrations of our solutions, and manage the sales cycle from qualification to close with the sales team. You are a confident communicator with excellent presentation and customer service skills and have the ability to persuasively present to users and senior executives in client companies. You'll also work closely with my client's Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Professional Services teams to strategize on account growth, prepare proposals, and share customer needs & successes. Responsibilities:
You will work with other members of the Sales and Services teams. Primary responsibilities will include: Follow up on inquiries generated through existing web and marketing programs. Prospect, develop opportunities, prepare appropriate documentation and close sales Qualify prospects, answer technical questions and conduct product demonstrations. Work closely with colleagues in Sales, Services and Marketing in a team effort to maximize the solution and the corresponding sale. Develop long-term relationships with influencers and buyers. Maintain detailed records of activities in CRM Overseas travel to support sales and marketing activities (approx. 3-6 per year) Expand knowledge of the industry as well as the competitive positioning of the company. Communicate market needs to inside team (Product Managers and Engineering) to ensure our long-term competitive edge

What you need:
* 2+ years' sales experience in the enterprise software industry with a proven track record of closing deals with a value of €50K-200K recurring
* Exceptional track record of quota and goal achievement.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team oriented atmosphere
* Strong verbal / written communication skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
* Ability to engage potential clients and communicate effectively via telephone and webinar
* Strong listening skills
* Willingness to share ideas openly and take direction from others
* Experience with CRM systems, and the ability to prospect using social media.

Nice to Have:
* Experience with document management or technical publications systems
* Experience within the aviation industry
