As a member of our corporate team entering through the Kaseya Technology Sales Development program, you will:
Take part in a 2-week onboarding program on the technology we offer, the industries we serve, the systems we use as well as professional sales training. Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions after onboarding which includes professional development, sales training, systems training, and product training. Own a book of business with assigned clients that you are responsible for supporting, educate, and grow. Establish a trusted advisor relationship to achieve and expand customer goals resulting in upsells, cross-sells, and consistent renewals. You will be responsible for driving product adoption, and program managing escalations are thereby ensuring retention and long-term satisfaction. Be responsible for hitting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue/metrics targets.
