About the Role

Customer Service & Sales Representatives work directly with customers to provide product information, answer questions, and support enrollment or service setup as needed. This is an in-person, customer-facing role that combines customer service with sales support in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers face-to-face in a professional manner
• Provide clear information about products and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
