• Act as the primary resolver for the support team and troubleshoot one or more operating systems.
• Resolve all but the most complex infrastructure issues, escalating to appropriate resolver groups when necessary.
• Create and maintain documentation on supported technologies and convey standard operating procedures to junior staff.
• Understand all aspects of the equipment you support and make independent decisions while also taking direction when given.
• Act as an escalation point for junior technicians.

• High school or equivalent diploma, or A+ / Network Defender (CND) / Network+ / Security+ certification.
• 2+ years of server hardware troubleshooting and repair experience, or similar technical experience.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above.
• US citizenship.
• Experience with hardware platforms.
• 1+ year of computer networking experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Network Engineering) or professional/military IT experience.

Position may include rotating shifts, 3, 4, or 5 day/night work weeks, and may change based on business needs. Travel may be required up to 10% of the time. This position will fill an opening at one of multiple separate sites.

The base salary range for this position is $39.00 – $68.00 USD hourly. The total Amazon package includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
