Stu’s Home Improvement Outlet launched in June and has quickly become one of the fastest-growing outlet stores in the region.
We specialize in high-volume, high-ticket retail
, including appliances, furniture, doors, vanities, and home improvement products sold at outlet pricing.
We are now entering our next phase:
Expansion into multiple locations + regional warehouse developmentWe are looking for a proven retail operator who can take control of our flagship store, build structure, and help scale the business.
This is NOT a maintenance role
We are not looking for someone to “manage a store.”
We are looking for someone who can:
- Build systems
- Create structure
- Operate at a high level in a fast-paced environment
$25,000 Performance-Based Bonus
Earn up to $25,000 in your first 90 days based on execution and operational performance.
What You’ll Do Run the Store- Lead day-to-day operations across sales floor and warehouse
- Manage team performance, scheduling, and accountability
- Maintain high standards across all departments
- Work alongside sales leadership to drive revenue
- Improve merchandising and product placement
- Maximize margins across key categories
- Ensure product is ready to sell at all times
- Improve warehouse organization and efficiency
- Manage delivery operations and scheduling
- Improve efficiency, customer experience, and profitability
- Work directly with ownership to build scalable systems
- Develop processes that can be replicated across locations
- Contribute to warehouse and distribution strategy
- Washers & dryers
Experience in these categories is highly valuable
Ideal Background We are ONLY considering candidates with leadership experience in:- Furniture retail
- Appliance retail
- Home improvement retail
- High-volume, commission-based retail environments
Experience managing commission-based sales teams is strongly preferred.
Compensation- Competitive base salary ($65K–$100K+)
- Performance bonuses tied to store growth
- $25,000 performance-based bonus
- Relocation assistance available
