Duties & Responsibilities- Assist the crew with daily tasks, including shoveling and job site setup
- Serve as a spotter/watch for equipment operators
- Carry materials and support general job site needs
- Assist all crew members as needed to keep work moving efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safety-minded approach at all times
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may vary
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
