Introductory Warehouse Associate Dubuque Distribution Center

Shift Schedules

Available shifts:

• Monday–Friday, 6:00AM–2:30PM
• Monday–Friday, 3:00PM–11:30PM (plus shift differential)
• Sunday–Thursday, 9:00PM–5:30AM (plus shift differential)

Starting pay: $21.60 per hour plus shift premiums.

Milestone bonus: $750 – $375 after 30 days, $375 after 90 days.

• Receive and unload freight; unpack and deliver newly arrived merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds
• Complete receiving and/or shipping documentation as required
• Rotate jobs in different areas
• Scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes

• Ability to repeatedly bend, reach, stand, walk, and lift 50lb boxes without difficulty
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Hourly pay range: $21.60 – $23.35. Pay offers are dependent on location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience and may vary across sites.
