Interim Building Surveyor
Interim Building Surveyor required for a local housing provider. Working within the maintenance team to cover a period of increased workload.
Responsibilities- Pre / post inspections
- Stock condition surveys
- Void surveys
- Contractor management
- Ensuring quality of works
- Use of asset software and Microsoft packages
Ideally you will have worked within a housing organisation and have a construction related background.
