You’ll develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive demand generation and measurable results for our clients.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, can balance multiple client accounts, and is skilled in optimizing campaigns across search, social, and CRM platforms.
KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
Mid-Funnel Strategy, Automation & Lifecycle Marketing
- Design and own mid-funnel marketing strategies that convert demand into qualified pipeline through email marketing, CRM execution, and retargeting.
- Build and optimize lead nurturing programs, drip campaigns, and behavioral workflows aligned to buyer stages and sales goals.
- Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Hub Spot, Adobe Marketo, or Salesforce, including segmentation, list hygiene, scoring models, and attribution logic.
- Develop and execute retargeting strategies across paid channels to re-engage site visitors, content consumers, and in-market accounts.
- Analyze funnel performance across MQL, SQL, and opportunity stages and continuously optimize based on conversion and velocity insights.
Integrated Digital Strategy & Collaboration
- Align mid-funnel programs with top-funnel content, organic social, and demand generation efforts in collaboration with internal teams.
- Ensure consistent messaging and handoff between paid media, email, CRM workflows, and sales enablement.
- Stay current on platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging trends in lifecycle marketing, paid media, and search to proactively evolve strategies.
Paid Media & Search Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, display, and social platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Linked In, Meta, Stack Adapt, or similar DSPs, and others as needed.
- Own SEO and GEO initiatives, including keyword research, competitive analysis, on-page optimization, and landing page performance.
- Track and optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, audience refinement, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
- Use analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Tag Manager to measure results and inform optimization decisions.
Client & Account Management
- Serve as the primary client contact for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns align with business goals.
- Manage budgets, monitor performance metrics, and provide strategic recommendations based on data insights.
- Present campaign performance reports to clients and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing roadmaps tailored to each client’s unique industry and objectives.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the agency’s reach.
- Lead or contribute to internal agency initiatives aimed at process improvements and innovation.
A SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVE
- Hands-on experience with email marketing, marketing automation platforms, and CRM integrations.
- Working knowledge of paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Linked In Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Experience with SEO and GEO fundamentals, and how search performance supports funnel growth.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in an agency environment.
- A data-driven mindset with strong judgment around optimization and experimentation.
- Clear communication skills for client strategy discussions, reporting, and internal collaboration.
