Key Responsibilities:
* Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social and emotional development.

* Assess and document children's developmental progress through observations and evaluations.
* Organize and participate in activities that enhance physical, cognitive, and creative skills.
* Engage toddlers through age-appropriate activities that stimulate curiosity and learning.
Required Qualifications:
* 1-3 years of experience working with toddlers in an educational setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
* Additional certifications in child development or special education.
