Role Description

The Director will oversee the daily operations and management of the Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy located in Duluth, GA. This is a full-time, on-site position. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining high-quality educational programs, leading and supervising staff, ensuring compliance with safety and child care regulations, communicating effectively with parents and guardians, and managing operational processes such as budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.

The Director will collaborate with leadership to uphold the Academy’s standards of excellence and foster a nurturing environment for children and families.

Qualifications
  • Proven leadership and management skills, including team supervision and conflict resolution
  • Strong understanding of child development, early childhood education principles, and curriculum implementation
  • Outstanding organizational and operational competencies, including experience managing budgets, scheduling, and compliance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster partnerships with families, staff, and the community
  • State-required certifications and qualifications for early childhood education center directors
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in a leadership role within a licensed childcare facility or educational institution
  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
