Job Profile Summary
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Electrical control circuits (24
VDC-480
VAC), Instrumentation (pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, conductivity meters), VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), PLC-controlled systems (Siemens)
- Reading and interpreting P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams), As-built drawings
- Familiarity for Maintenance and repair of Centrifugal and positive-displacement pumps, Agitators and mixers, Mechanical seals, packing, and bearings, Valves (ball, gate, check, control, relief, emergency shutdown),Pressure vessels and storage tanks, Heat exchangers and cooling systems
Five (5) years of related experience with technical certification or seven (7) years of related experience in a manufacturing environment if no technical certification; experience must include manufacturing equipment maintenance, repair and trouble shooting. Experienced in FDA regulations and safety practices.
Responsible for the implementation, operation, and maintenance of electro-mechanical systems. Troubleshoots, tests, and assembles electro-mechanical assemblies. Assists in reworking, repairing, and modifying non-conforming equipment. Responsible for installing, calibrating, and testing equipment and systems including:
Assisting engineers with developing technical solutions related to the operation and performance of devices and systems;
Installing, calibrating, repairing, and upgrading components of devices and systems, control equipment, operation panes, and facility infrastructure;
Inspecting and maintaining equipment using tools and diagnostic software
