Bistro Attendants make coffee, tea, other drinks, and food items to customer specifications while maintaining good customer relations and speedy delivery of all orders. The person in this position must be able to roll their sleeves up and assist our teams when needed, living our “ONE TEAM. ONE VISION.” philosophy. This person must also provide innovative ways that align with our mission to be the best, most respected hotel company in America.

- Complete all required training.
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures and property specific brand standards.
- Perform any other duties as requested by management to aid in better operation of the hotel and service to the guests.
- Provide personalized, friendly service to each and every guest.
- Make coffee, tea, and other drinks to customer specifications.
- Operate cash registers and other coffee shop equipment.
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, and preparation areas during a normal shift.
- Maintain confidentiality of the business functions of the company.
- Responsible for safety and security of guests, fellow associates, and hotel assets.
- Knowledge of fire alarm system and evacuation procedures.
- Ability to report to scheduled shifts.
- Effective communication skills in writing, verbally, and in person.
- Work flexible schedule; availability nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized, honest, and works well with others.
- Maintain a clean and attractive work area, uniform and personal appearance.
- High integrity and humility, living by the Golden Rule.
- Work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Values of dedication, innovation, respect, excellence, community focus, and service spirit.
- Physical ability to bend, reach, kneel, push, stretch, lift or carry up to 25 pounds.
- Perform work for 8 hours in a restrictive space.
- Visual acuity for near and far vision.
- Arm strength for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to handle heat and stress.
- Finger dexterity for operating equipment.
- Clear, understandable voice; basic hearing;
English comprehension. - Writing ability.
