Register Tape Network is hiring business‑to‑business sales executives to work with local businesses in a designated territory. Target earnings are $75K to $85K annually, with top performers targeting $90K to $150K annually. The role requires ambition, self‑motivation, and willingness to follow a proven sales process.

Field representatives receive paid training and ongoing development to advance their potential and master a one‑call close process. The company has been selling advertising directly on supermarket cash register tape receipts since 1951 and partners with Dollar General stores for over 14 years.

Job Requirements:

Minimal 1 year of B2B sales experience; memorize the RTN presentation (earns a $250 bonus); follow a proven process; coachable; professional phone presence; ability to handle objections, close, and be computer savvy.

Daily Responsibilities:
Commute to the assigned location (local Ingles Supermarket or Dollar General) Monday through Friday; conduct daily prospecting, make outbound calls to local businesses to set face‑to‑face appointments with decision makers; present the RTN program and close; market locations change weekly within a 50–60 mile radius of the home base.

Compensation: $32K annual salary (pays weekly) plus $20K in additional opportunity to earn a minimum of $200 a week in bonus money, with additional weekly, monthly and quarterly bonuses, a cash‑collected bonus, and a $200 monthly gas allowance. Commissions are uncapped with up to 30% on sales. Field representatives are paid what they earn in high commissions and bonuses + salary.

Our register tape product consists of custom‑designed, full‑color coupons printed directly on the back of receipt paper used in supermarket cash registers. Register tape is the only advertising distribution medium delivered directly into the hands of potential customers.
