Marketing & Client Relations Coordinator

Full Time, Field-Based with Office Support, Competitive Base Salary + Performance Bonuses

We are looking for an energetic, personable Marketing & Client Relations Coordinator. This is a relationship-driven role: you will spend your time out in the field building and strengthening connections with the businesses, professionals, and partners who refer to us, while also growing our visibility online.

If you love meeting new people, enjoy being out and about rather than behind a desk all day, and have a knack for keeping relationships warm and organized, this could be a great fit. The right person is outgoing, dependable, and motivated by results — and we reward that with bonus potential for every new client relationship you bring on board.

What

You'll Do
  • Build and grow relationships in the field — Visit both new prospective clients and existing partners regularly to keep our practice top of mind and uncover new opportunities.
  • Host and attend client lunches and dinners — Plan and invite clients to meals and informal get-togethers as a way to build trust and deepen long-term relationships.
  • Be the go-to point of contact for referrals — Serve as the main contact for clients sending us new referrals, making the process easy and responsive on their end.
  • Make sure referrals get scheduled — Follow each referral through to a booked appointment, coordinating closely with our internal team so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence — Keep our pages active and current with new content and trends, and find creative ways to increase our visibility and reach in the community.
  • Bring on new clients — Identify and pursue new referral partners and business relationships to help the practice grow.
What We're Looking For
  • A friendly, outgoing personality with strong people skills — you genuinely enjoy meeting new people.
  • Excellent communication and follow-through; you stay organized and never drop the ball on a relationship or a task.
  • Comfort working independently in the field, with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • A self-starter mindset and the drive to hit goals and earn bonuses.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and current content trends.
  • Prior experience in marketing, sales, business development, or client relations is a plus, but the right attitude matters most.
