What You’ll DoThe Enterprise Account Executive is a key role responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the customer base in the cybersecurity technology sector. This includes acquiring new accounts, building strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, and establishing and nurturing channel partner relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Use a deep understanding of cybersecurity to sell and demonstrate Horizon
3.ai solutions. - Manage the entire sales process – qualification, proof of value, forecasting, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Drive post‑proof of value ROI and post‑sales management.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce (SFDC) and other CRM tools.
- Collaborate with distributed sales, support, and success teams.
- Apply Challenger Question-Based Selling methodologies and leverage sales enablement tools such as Outreach.io, Linked In Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, and Slack.
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in the cybersecurity technology industry.
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience in INFOSEC or SaaS.
- A college degree or equivalent work experience.
- Existing relationships with key channel partners in the region.
- Experience with Salesforce, CRM, Outreach.io, Linked In Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, and Slack.
- Ability to exceed quarterly sales quotas consistently.
- Must be located in the Minnesota area.
Up to 50% travel within the assigned territory may be required. Travel expenses are reviewed and must be approved by your manager.
Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive On‑Target Earnings ranging from $280,000 to $340,000 OTE with a 50/50 salary and commission split annually. All full‑time roles are eligible for an equity package in the form of stock options.
