Apartment Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician – St. Cloud, Minnesota

Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Upper Town Apartments, a 318‑unit property located in St. Cloud, MN.

We are offering up to $23.00/HR, a $100 on‑call bonus, up to $3,000 a year in quarterly bonus potential, and benefits.

• Complete resident service requests in a timely manner
• Perform apartment turns and general repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Complete painting, drywall, and light carpentry work
• Assist with preventative maintenance and property upkeep
• Maintain organization and safety within the maintenance shop
• Participate in the on‑call rotation schedule

• At least 1 year of apartment or facility maintenance experience preferred
• Working knowledge of plumbing systems and fixture repairs, electrical troubleshooting and repairs, appliance repair, drywall, painting, carpentry, water heaters, and HVAC systems
• EPA, HVAC/Boiler, or CPO certifications are a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to work Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Ability to work on‑call 1 week every 6 weeks

• Skills assessment required during the interview process
• Pre‑employment background check and drug screening required (THC is not tested for)
