Langstane Housing Association are seeking an inspiring and values-driven Chief Executive to lead our organisation through an exciting new phase of growth and development.

As the Chief Executive, you will provide strategic leadership and operational direction to ensure we continue delivering high-quality, affordable homes and excellent services to our tenants. You will lead our housing development activity, drive organisational performance, ensure strong governance and financial sustainability, and champion tenant-focused services and community impact.

Reporting to the Board of Management, you will build strong partnerships across the housing sector, local authorities, funders, and community organisations while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

We are looking for a proven senior leader preferably with experience in housing, social care, community development, or the wider public or third sector. You will bring strong strategic, financial, and governance skills, an understanding of the Scottish housing sector and regulatory framework, and a passion for social justice and community wellbeing.
