Position: Tesco Colleague - Phone Shops Superstore

Pay and Working Hours

Our Phone Shop colleague rate of pay starts from £13.70 an hour
. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with the flexibility to work down to 12 hours if desired.

Availability Window

Wed 10:00 – 19:00, Fri 10:00 – 19:00, Sat 09:00 – 19:00.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a great shopping experience for customers every day, following opening and closing routines, ensuring all facilities are working and available, and acting on customer feedback.
  • Create an impression for customers that you can be proud of, role‑modeling great standards of dress and readiness to serve.
  • Follow the service culture in your department, role‑modeling friendly service behaviours and demonstrating enthusiasm for customer satisfaction.
  • Protect the legal brand by delivering compliance, understanding safety and legal routines, and demonstrating due diligence.
  • Support your manager to control costs and deliver budgets, maintain stock record accuracy, and prepare for stock control routines.
