What you’ll achieveAs a Lab Support Engineer, you will be responsible for building and supporting development and testing environments in our Data Protection Engineering lab services program for data protection appliance and software products.
You will:- Build and support development and testing environments consisting of storage and backup products, servers and switches including cyber security remediation
- Manage inventory and asset database
- Use AI and automation to continuously improve service levels and efficiency

Essential Requirements- Physical installation of hardware
- Technical configurations of systems (storage, operating systems, top of rack switches)
- Asset Management and inventory control
- Continuous learning & process improvement mindset
- Service Now / ITIL experience
- VMware VM and private cloud management
- Data Domain and Power Protect administration
