CT​/MR Field Service Engineer

The Field Service Engineer will provide expert-level service on CT, MR, and X-ray equipment across a multi-vendor environment. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and emergency repairs within healthcare facilities across the North Crolina region. Travel within the territory is required.

• 4+ years of experience servicing CT and MR imaging systems
• Multi-vendor background preferred; strong networking and DICOM proficiency
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree, military training, or equivalent technical education
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks and drug screens
• Comfortable with physical demands and healthcare compliance standards

• Strong problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
• Independent and self-motivated, able to manage service calls with minimal oversight
• Excellent communicator who builds trust and maintains client relationships
• Technically skilled and comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment
