** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related operations at a government location.

+ Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to appropriate personnel.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, public areas, parking locations, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, verifying access permissions when required and assisting with directional information for guests and event attendees.

+ Support emergency response activities according to post orders, including notifying supervisors and/or public officials, helping with crowd management, and maintaining clear communication during changing situations.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Supervisory experience is required.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
