Skills Needed: So, how do we know you are our new Business Development Sales Manager? You have:

The education. You have a diploma degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Real Estate. Or, you might be able to sell us on why your degree is just as applicable.

The experience. You have 8+ years progressive, proven success meeting or exceeding quotas and targets in a CRE solutions or other software sales leadership role. You have in-depth knowledge of inside sales metrics and how to motivate a team to find and reach clients using marketing leads and technologies such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Twitter and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

A university degree in Business or Commerce.  Or you may just be the kind of person that can sell us on why your degree in Philosophy is just as good.

A passion for people and innovation. You have 0-2 years customer experience. Whether it’s retail, a call centre or an introductory role for a B2B company, you have demonstrated success pursuing targets and making customers happy. You can adapt to whatever client environment you are in, analyze and assess a situation and come up with a solution to a client’s problem.

A genuine interest in commercial real estate. We aren’t looking for an expert, but we need someone who understands -or shows an interest in learning about-the complexity of how commercial properties are financed, traded, bought and sold.

An aptitude for learning new technologies.  We have a great onboarding and training process. But you need to have a natural ability for absorbing new technical and numbers-based information and applying it.
