Skills Needed: Required Skills:
Ability to learn quickly, and develop and maintain skills to the highest standards consistent with best practices and emerging trends in analytics & business operations.
Attention to detail while making consistent high quality deliveries
Ability to understand the business problem, design and deliver solutions in-line with best practices comprehensive analytical thinking.
Expertise in data processing & querying using databases, PL/SQL, complex joins, “non-trivial” excel formulas, pivot tables is a must.
Expertise in reporting and presenting data using different data visualization techniques in excel is also a must.
Experience in creating “client-ready” impactful presentation using the best practices of storytelling is important.
Leverage and customize Axtria’s proprietary product, knowledge and prior analytics work to client needs, resulting in exceptional client value from every project
Ability to work with client business and IT teams
Knowledge of SFDC tools and architecture a definite plus.
Experience in Project management and project delivery cadence. Relevant certifications on PMP/Agile techniques are a plus
Contribute to Axtria’s development of new solutions and analytical models
Ability to work in large teams spread across the globe in different time zones and locations. Ability to coordinate with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
Familiarity with different types of pharmaceutical data-sets (Xponent, DDD, CRM, ZTT, ATT, SPP, SHA and others) will be a significant plus.
Experience of working directly in the sales operation domain in LS will be a significantly valuable.
Desired Skills & Experience:
A degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field with 5-8 years of prior relevant work experience. Graduate degree is preferred.
Relevant expertise in using data-handling tools such as Excel, SQL, SAS, and able to quickly master new packages when needed.
Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate actionable analytical findings to a non-technical audience in clear and concise language.
Proven ability to frame a business issue, design the right solution, and deliver results.
Ability to lead projects and teams
