• Beverage Service Technician: $18–$24 per hour
• Sr. Service Technician: $24–$31 per hour

The Beverage Service Technician / Sr. Service Technician installs, services, repairs, and maintains beverage dispensing equipment, including soda fountains, coffee systems, juice dispensers, and related beverage equipment. This role ensures equipment operates efficiently while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining company quality standards.

• Install, remove, relocate, and maintain beverage dispensing equipment at customer locations
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Diagnose equipment problems and coordinate service support when needed
• Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and work orders using handheld devices or mobile applications
• Safely transport equipment and complete DOT-required vehicle inspections
• Manage service vehicle inventory, tools, and replacement parts
• Ensure all installations and repairs meet company safety and operational standards
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and dependable service

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass DOT physical requirements where applicable
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, refrigeration, and mechanical repair
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer-service and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule

• Experience servicing beverage, food service, or dispensing equipment
• Familiarity with CO₂ systems, fountain equipment, or coffee systems
• Previous field service or installation experience
