Under direction of the IT Director, the Technology Specialist is responsible for supporting Laserfiche Software and the management, content, and application thereof. It is also responsible for the design and development of digitizing processing and workflow solutions in addition to resolving daily issues. The position requires regular communication across other City departments and occasionally with external stakeholders. The Technology Specialist - Laserfiche Support position operates with a high degree of autonomy.
Work has a high degree of impact on business continuity and reach throughout all City departments.
