Job Title: Fire & Security Quantity Surveyor
Location: UB5 5QQ
Salary: Up to £70,000 pa DOE, £500pm car allowance, up to £10K pa bonuses
Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in Fire & Security or MEP and are looking for your next challenge? Due to continued project wins across London, we are looking to appoint immediately.

- 20 days plus Bank Holidays plus your birthday per annum (increasing annually to a maximum of 25 after 5 years)

- Deliver a diverse range of Fire & Security / ELV services across high-rise new build projects and occupied residential developments.
- Exposure to high-rise residential projects and occupied housing environments.
- Opportunity to lead and take ownership of complex projects from pre-start to final account.
- Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts and full commercial lifecycle: valuations, variations, payment applications, final accounts, notices, and contractual correspondence and compliance.
- Able to independently manage cost control, P&L reporting, cash flow forecasting, and commercial administration.
- Experience coordinating procurement and overseeing subcontractor and supply chain performance.
- A solid understanding of health & safety, CDM regulations, and project compliance requirements.
- Adhoc duties as required.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the Fire & Security, Electrical, or MEP sectors.
- A solid understanding of JCT contracts.
- Previously led complex projects from pre-start to final account.
- A solid understanding of H & S, CDM regulations, and project compliance requirements.
- Proficient user of MS Office Suite especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio and familiar with project/CRM platforms.
- Clear progression to Senior / Commercial Manager.
- Exposure to landmark London high-rise projects.
- Direct access to decision-makers.
- Growing pipeline of secured projects.
- Stable long-standing specialist contractor.
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (Variable) site or office based.
- Holidays: 20 days plus Bank Holidays per annum (increasing annually to a maximum of 25 after 5 years)
