Chartered Building Surveyor role based in Eastbourne, East Sussex offering £45,000 - £60,000 with a 25% over-target bonus. This Permanent hybrid position supports project and professional services delivery within a multidisciplinary consultancy.
Responsibilities- Deliver contract administration across refurbishment and repair projects
- Manage project reporting and technical inspections
- Undertake defect diagnosis and maintenance planning
- Handle dilapidations across property portfolios
- MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
- Degree in Building Surveying or related field
- Experience across commercial and residential sectors
- Strong technical and project delivery capability
- £45,000 - £60,000 base salary
- 25% over-target uncapped bonus
- Car allowance and pension
- Private healthcare and CPD support
