Per Diem Resident Services Associate

About the Role

Lathrop Community, a retirement community grounded in Quaker values and a commitment to enhancing the experience of aging, has an opening for a per diem resident services associate to join the team that provides concierge services and engagement programming to the residents on our campuses in Northampton and Easthampton, MA. This per diem position pays $18–$19 per hour and involves hours that vary depending on Lathrop’s needs and availability, including three hours every Sunday for resident engagement activities.

• Greet and direct residents and visitors
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Monitor the main entrance and register guests
• Perform internal security sweeps of the building
• Support administrative functions
• Set up for and assist with resident events
• Implement evacuation procedures during emergencies and drills

Lathrop Community’s concierge desk is staffed 24 hours a day, on day, evening, and overnight shifts. As a per diem resident services associate, the ability to work third shift is required, and holidays and weekends may be part of your scheduled shifts.
