Foster Care Case Manager

We have a full‑time opening for a Foster Care Case Manager in the Easthampton office. The role includes intensive case management for youths, building communication and relationships with clients and all partners (schools, funding partners, therapists, agencies, foster homes, etc.), setting limits for youth, developing interventions, and setting goals toward individual success with clients’ guardians, therapists, and other providers. The role requires participation in on‑call services as needed.

Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in the human service or behavioral science field
  • LSW, LSWA, or license‑eligible
  • Familiarity with trauma‑informed care
  • Approved CORI & DCF background checks (preformed by the EEC)
  • Approved driving background check
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Auto insurance: NCYF requires Foster Care Case Managers to have at minimum optional bodily injury to others coverage $100,000 per person / $300,000 per accident, and damage to someone else’s property coverage at least $100,000 on personal vehicle(s) used to transport clients. Proof of coverage must be provided prior to employment.
