Committed Learning Support Assistant to join a well‑respected primary school in Midsomer Norton. Strong SEN focus providing 1:1 support and small group interventions for pupils with learning difficulties, autism, speech and language needs, and social or emotional challenges.

• Midsomer Norton
• £80-95 per day
• Full-time (8:30am-3:30pm)

• Empathetic, patient, and passionate about supporting children with SEN
• Confident adapting strategies to suit diverse learning needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience supporting SEN (desirable but not essential)
• A proactive and nurturing approach to learning support

• A welcoming, inclusive, and child‑centred school community in Midsomer Norton
• A fulfilling role supporting pupils who genuinely benefit from additional care and guidance
