First Atlantic is headquartered in Eatontown, New Jersey, with branches in Eatontown, Oceanport, and Toms River. New branches are coming to Freehold and Old Bridge. Anyone who lives, works, worships, volunteers, or attends school in Middlesex, Monmouth or Ocean counties is eligible to join. Family members of a First Atlantic member can also belong.

• Member Service Representative / Specialists Floater to work with the COO, Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external members.
• Provide our credit union members with prompt, accurate and courteous information.
• Utilize specialized PC software, cross-sell financial products and services, and deliver the highest quality member service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve member accounts issues.

The primary function of the Member Services Representative / Specialist is to assist the member with all financial transactions, complete member profile documentation to ensure optimum sales outcomes, identify products/services that might benefit customers and explain their value, develop and maintain meaningful member relationships with all members, focus on making First Atlantic the Primary Financial Institution, provide outstanding member service, and perform tasks such as member account maintenance, opening new accounts, answering member calls and processing loans.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Teamwork oriented

• High School Diploma or GED
• Up to 6 months of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience

Benefits offered.

Salary: $17 - $20 per hour
