Location: Hybrid from Eden Prairie, MN (Tues–Thurs in-office)
Type: Part-Time (with intention to transition to Full-Time)

The OpportunityOur Digital Marketing Associate (PPC & Analytics Focus) position is designed for someone who wants a well‑rounded digital marketing experience but has a special interest in performance marketing, data analysis, and measurable results. You’ll work on accounts that are heavier in PPC (Google Ads), reporting, and strategy evaluation while still gaining hands‑on experience across all our services including SEO, email, website optimization, social media, and content.

What You’ll DoAnalytics & Performance
- Assist in analyzing performance data (PPC campaigns, website traffic, conversions, and funnel metrics) to shape ongoing marketing strategies.
- Measure and report on digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Linked In Ads.
- Assist in evaluating results against KPIs and ROI targets, offering clear insights and recommendations.
- Use marketing analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, ad platform dashboards, etc.) to extract meaningful trends.
Paid Media Execution
- Assist in strategy execution for PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, and Linked In.
- Optimize ad copy, targeting, creative assets, and landing pages for improved performance.
SEO & Web Optimization
- Optimize landing pages and website content for search performance and paid conversions. We primarily work in Word Press, Shopify, and Magento.
- Support SEO initiatives through keyword research, content recommendations, on‑page updates, and site architecture improvements.
Content & Campaigns
- Collaborate with coworkers to develop creative, insight‑driven campaign concepts.
- Support content creation for client websites, blogs, and social channels.
- Help build email marketing campaigns by writing compelling copy, mapping messages to the customer journey, and optimizing for engagement and conversions.
- Support strategy development in collaboration with team leads.
- Confidently communicate data insights and strategic recommendations during client meetings.
- Build strong relationships rooted in curiosity, transparency, and genuine partnership.
- A curious problem‑solver who likes asking “why” and thrives on learning.
- Strong communicator who’s confident talking to clients and translating data into plain language.
- Strong analytical mindset, specifically enjoying the paid media side of marketing.
- Comfort working in spreadsheets and dashboards; you love data, but you make it approachable.
- Detail‑oriented, self‑directed, organized, and you follow through.
- Ability to manage deadlines and thrive in a fast‑moving team environment.
- BS/BA in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, account coordination, analytics, or PPC (internships welcome).
- Experience in Google Ads

, or SEO platforms like SEMrush. - Experience in client + customer service or account management.
- Basic familiarity with website content updates or CMS platforms.
