Facilities Team Member - Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Team Member to support operations at a busy accommodation site in Edinburgh. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone practical, reliable, and customer‑focused who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

• Carrying out general maintenance and facilities duties across the property
• Supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the student accommodation site
• Completing room checks and reporting maintenance issues
• Assisting with basic repairs and reactive maintenance tasks
• Ensuring communal areas are clean, safe, and well maintained
• Supporting health & safety procedures across site
• Assisting with deliveries, stock movement, and site set‑up where required
• Providing excellent customer service to students, visitors, and contractors
• Responding to emergencies or on‑site issues when required

• Previous facilities, maintenance, or handyman experience desirable
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and proactive approach to work
• Comfortable working shifts and weekends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
