• Pay: £13.45 to £13.90 per hour (dependent on experience)
• Hours: 35 hours per week
• Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 3.00pm – 10.30pm

We’re seeking a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to maintain a safe, welcoming, and high-quality environment at George Watsons College.

You’ll lead by example, support your team, and ensure cleaning standards are consistently met, including dynamic and reactive cleaning tasks.

• Lead daily cleaning operations, floor care, and reactive tasks
• Supervise and support your cleaning team, managing schedules, rotas, and training
• Conduct audits, monthly performance checks, and safety walks
• Manage cleaning materials and chemicals safely in line with COSHH
• Ensure all cleaning standards meet Sodexo and client expectations
• Monitor performance, manage resources, and report incidents
• Occasionally provide cover or work overtime as needed

• Experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably with supervisory experience
• Hands-on, proactive approach with strong communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning standards, methods, Health & Safety, and COSHH regulations
• Professional presentation and high personal hygiene standards
